An innovative and engaging customer focused workshop from the British Equestrian Federation, delivered by the Association of British Riding Schools
Following the huge success of BEF's Every Customer Counts training for equestrian centres, competition venues and livery yards in 2017, these workshops will run again in 2018, thanks to funding from Sport England. It will be all of the same fantastic content with the organisation and delivery led by the Association of British Riding Schools - but delivered to staff/ volunteers at any centre who is interested in taking part.
The aim of the workshop is to provide essential training to help equestrian organisations retain and grow their customer base by delivering a quality customer service.
An interactive and participant lead workshop where you will explore unique situations to the equestrian industry that will provoke discussion and solutions during this customer focused workshop.
